Launched in 1981 and widely described as a Woody Floral Musk.

Top notes: Chamomile, Mandarin orange, Neroli, Bergamot, Lemon

Middle notes: Orange blossom, Cinnamon, Tarragon, Lemon verbena, Geranium

Base notes: Sandalwood, Patchouli, Musk, Vetiver

Managed to snag a bottle of this a short time ago and it's EXCELLENT stuff and I would have to declare it a powerhouse without any doubt. It starts out very strong, projecting heavily - very floral & herbaceous. The spices come quickly after and the drydown is a very well balanced mix of the stated notes - even with my pretty poor nose I can easily detect Sandalwood, Patchouli and Vetiver with an underlying Musk helping the fuzzy projection. It strikes me as similar to Azzaro Pour Homme in its 'feel' and structure - not that it smells identical but has the same 'vibe'. 5-6 shots will ensure hours of longevity - I applied it at 7:30 this morning and it's now 13:30 and I can still smell it VERY clearly!! Really glad I found this - it's been on my radar for a long while but is very scarce and usually sells for . Highly recommended to all you old-school lovers & powerhousers out there...!

    Bumping up.

Own this & yes, a powerhouse indeed Derbyman. Lasted about 11+ hours easily for me the last time I wore it. Projects very well for around 4 hours. I bought it for a very decent price from a fellow BN...
