Andy Warhol Pour Homme (1999)

Another recent purchase which has grown on me a lot since I first wore it.

    Top notes: Tarragon, Basil

    Middle notes: Jasmine, Cardamom, Seringa

Base notes: Sandalwood, Musk, Oakmoss, Cedar

It's a very sharp, green fragrance - dry and clean smelling. Many people have said it smells like money and I have to agree - it has that kind of smell you get with new banknotes. Whether this is an association with the dollar signs on the packaging I don't know but it certainly has that vibe. It's not really a true powerhouse or old-school but I think it deserves discussion on here as I'm sure anyone who likes VC&A Tsar, Paco Rabanne PH or Acqua di Selva would like this too. It has good longevity and moderate sillage and best of all - it's really inexpensive! Good one for the warmer weather I would think...!

I haven't tried it yet, but I'll keep my eyes peeled for a tester or finding it either at Marshall's or ebay at a convenient price.

Yeah, I wouldn't pay $$$ for it - it's a nice fragrance with good longevity but not different enough to pay a large amount for.
