To cancel your supporting membership you will need to log in to your Paypal account. Once you have logged in, click on the History tab and search for subscriptions.

Once you have found the Basenotes Subscription, you will be able to cancel it from there. If you still have problems, contact us using the link at the foot of the page and we should be able to cancel it for you. Please provide us with the following information.

• Your username
  
• The email address you used for your Paypal account
  
• The date that you subscription is usually taken (if known)
