As there has been no reply to the web-form completed a few days ago, I don't think that they are active at present.

Yikes, that's it?!?  I feel your pain, Prince Barry.  Did you want me to send you the sticks of Myoho I have left?  PM me!

i wonder if basenotes allows members to exchange samples because I've got loads of different incenses which i dont burn very often, together with probably a few thousand plastic tubes for shipping incenses in storage.. :P

Goodness, kyarazen, that's a kind offer which will doubtless interest some members.

There is an 'Items for Swap' section in the Marketplace, but I've never personally used it.

will probably prepare a list of what i have

it could also be nice if i could host lists for others as well maybe

Unless permission to have a special swap thread in this Group is obtained (by the Group leader?), that might be the best way forward kyarazen.

It is not always helpful for newer members to have each others' addresses, but with long-term members that shouldn't be an issue.
Provided that money is not changing hands I don't personally see a problem if it encourages site use and the sharing of experiences between members, but it's not my decision.

Perhaps we should just try it in a very small way and see what happens?

if anyone is interested to order incense directly from japan, i've done up an article on how to purchase from Kohgen in nagoya, one of my most favourite incense shops :) they ship by ems internationally and the prices of the incenses are good

Thank you, kyarazen, that's very helpful!

A huge thank you, kyarazen :)

I finally sat down, read your helpful instructions and placed an order!

    It's a lovely website.

Just to confirm that my lovely order arrived today and that it was a surprisingly easy process.

Emailing via Google Translate seems to work pretty well too!

    Thanks again.
