How could no one else have smelt the similarities?? Though Davidoff's Good Life is a bit more bitter at the start, and slightly crisper in the middle (read: more green), they provide a similar juicy, green fruit smell that is tempered by a sweet, woody base. Not only are they similar at the top, but they converge to nearly identical fragrances in the base.
Man, I've often heard that Bond's fragrances are too often reinterpretations of old classics or notable fragrances. This seems like a clearly borrowed formula. I hope the longevity of Gramercy Park is better than GL as I've never found GL to be a lasting experience.
