This is disturbing news, if true. I came across a review of Declaration on Fragrantica that mentions a direct confirmation from Cartier that Declaration has indeed been reformulated to comply with the latest IFRA restrictions. The reviewer mentions this to explain why some reviewers seem to get little but a bit of citrus from the fragrance (certainly not how I'd describe the stuff myself). Has anyone else heard anything about this, or know whether new bottles look different? Declaration is easily one of my favorite fragrances, and one I didn't think would change much since it's already been around a while, but if the reformulation has indeed happened, I may track down an older back-up bottle.
