I have a holiday coming soon and can't decide how many frags to take.
Which begged me to think, if you could only take one, which would it be?.
Mine would be Chanel Allure Homme sport. As it seems to react well in the heat.
Having said that I do like a more dressy frag for evening wear.

Probably my travel sized Bleu de Chanel, and maybe a few samples. Or just leave the BdC behind and bring only samples.

I say samples mostly because I don't want to bring anything that I would hate to lose.

Mine would usually be Sycomore: fresh but also elegant enough for the evening.

As others were saying, though, I never go with a bottle, I always decant in a smaller (plastic) spray vial. Which makes it easy to carry a second or third one.

Same here and Sycomore is another one that I carry along w/ Coromandel. Both wonderful scents.

I am very rapidly evolving (like week to week if not day to day) given that I"m still on a steep learning curve, but as of right this moment:

a sample or decant of D&G The One for nighttime activities, and very social daytime activities

a sample or decant of Dior Homme Sport for most daytime activities, and very informal night activities

It varies as to who I am going to see and what I'm going to do, I  also scout around the local places and pick up something "indigenous to the area"  as well, and use it up or somehow fit it in since I will buy a small bottle, but, as to what I usually take it rotates a little between usually three of these - Adidas Moves, travel size, McGraw, travel size, Michael Jordan Legend, travel size, Michael Jordan, travel size, Drakkar Noir, travel size, Eternity, travel size and Obsession, travel size and I always carry those 4711 moist towelette things for the plane, it's what I wear at airports and to fly it's light, refreshing and inoffensive and those aren't counted as a liquid.  If I'm driving this changes and I take pretty much whatever I want.  I nearly always just pick up a bottle of something where I'm at though too it's fun and I have found some fun things.  I'm not rich and I don't have many real expensive things and I tend to save the few I have for "special occasions" and I don't want to lose them/forget them, vacations for me are all about just going to fun places and kind of slumming a bit too sometimes. I don;t feel as if I need some expensive or rare scents for those times.

I'm going to the beach in a couple of weeks. I can't decide which aquatic to take as my only scent for day and evening. Thinking Versace Eau Fraiche, Bvlgari Acqva Marine or Virgin Island Water....perhaps Cool Water? Decisions, decisions! :)

    Same here.
I think it reacts pretty well with water too, so will smell ok after a dip in the pool or sea.
