I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread for members to post links to the various Japanese company's websites. Even if the sites are not in English, I am sure they will be useful to check out.

    Here is my favourite company.

Damn, I missed the N out of Japanese and it wouldn't let me edit it frown.gif

Showing the edit bit now for me - it's the pencil one :)

    And I like those too.

It would allow me to edit my post, but not the title of the thread.

Thank you - you too - nice ones :)

Thread titles would need to be altered by Mods or Tech Support, I think.

I'll leave it as it is lol smile.gif

Do you buy ykur Baieidos in the UK?

Might be best to leave it for now ;)

I did, but it was at least couple of years ago and as they were not too fresh I didn't keep the bookmark - the website had loads of different sorts so they may have had too much stock if their turnover was low.

It was an aloeswood one and very nice indeed.

    Where do you buy yours?

I've hesitated to buy from overseas yet.

There are really only 2 places for them in the UK - Holistic Shop and Zen Mindsd on Amazon and ebay. ZM say free shipping, but their prices are crazily inflated to cover it.

When I was looking for the place that my previous one came from, I found this link for japaneseincenses.com

    Have you heard of them?

I know Holistic Shop and have found the shipping very fast there in the past, mostly for Tree Free products.

I think that the other one that I used is still going.

Owing to not being able to afford new incences,at the moment, I haven't checked Japaneseincences.com recently. When I've looked at their site in the past, it certainly didn't live up to it's claims. No Baieido in stock and just a basic selection from the other companies.

I buy more in winter and am not really in the market at the moment either, but filled in a web form to ask anyway.

There used to be an incense shop in a town fairly locally selling a good selection of the Nippon Kodo ones but it closed.

It's all Indian incense that is available near me. I've never been a big fan of Nippon Kodo regular stuff.

No, it's a bit sort of vague to me and the dogs tend to eat it, which is unhelpful.

The Temple incense from India may be off-topic, but I like it :)

This isn't a company, it's a supplier, but the selection is amazing.

Have altered the title now, Prince Barry :)

Also, I've started a 'sticky' thread in the Shopping Guide area for suppliers' websites.

Does anyone know what is happening with Zen Minded? They used to be available on Amazon and E-bay but it appears now that they are no longer operational. They offered a good supply of Florisens/Kunjudo incense that are hard to find in the USA.

The Ebay shop has a small note that they're away until 18 September - just checked it.
