I've heard mention of Issey Miyake l'Eau d'Issey and Versaiche Eau Fraiche.
By the way, I'm in my last year of high school and my budget is up to 70 or 80 dollars.
I'd steer clear of the Issey Miyake; while it has a lot of fans, it can be polarising and you may end up hating it. I wouldn't think it would make a good blind buy.
That having been said, it does last very well for a summer fragrance.
If you were going to go an Issey, I'd recommend the Sport version over the original. While its longevity isn't as good, it still lasts quite well for a summer frag, and doesn't have that strong shrill sharpness to it that drives me away.
Versace Eau Fraiche is a popular entry into fragrances as well, and it has decent longevity, just not as good as that of the Issey. You could also check out the original Versace Pour Homme - it's a summer fragrance in itself.
Other recommendations I'd make are Bleu de Chanel (100mL for $80 from Chanel's online store if you're in the States), Lanvin Sport and YSL's Live Jazz. Those latter two can be found for under $40 for 100mL, so you could get both, as Lanvin Sport is a bit sweeter, and Live Jazz is more of a herb/citrus.
