M7 Oud Absolu does (much like its predecessor evidently) as it starts off with a very brief freshness that disappears as the incense takes over before finally leaving behind a distinct amber/myrrh base
L'instant de Guerlain EdT has three to my nose, starting with a citrus opening, followed by a woodsy drydown, followed again by a cocoa base.
Leather Oud most certainly has three. It starts with a dry harsh stanky leather, followed by a smoother leather highlighted by a creamy civet/honey/oud combo, and then after about 6 hours becomes a dry leather/oud mix with nothing else. The distinction here is a bit less clear but It's definitely there at least to my nose.
