I quit smoking 3 days ago and am wondering if anyone of you former smokers felt positively or negatively about their collections after quitting ? I am curious and wondering if I will need to re try the hundreds I have tested to see what i may have missed.

Stay golden my man. I quit cold turkey 1 month ago and I am around smokers constantly. No cravings what so ever. Are you using any other nicotine product? If you are, stop you will never fully quit like that.

I have felt positive about my collection after stopping. It was like I was wasting money because the tobacco smell made me feel icky. I was subconcious about it and felt the fragrance was doing its job. lol

I am getting greater longevity from all my bottles, so that is a plus.

I notice the dry downs smelling differnt now. Not sure if it is because the smoke is not mixing with fragrance and the molecules are not bonding?

I used to smoke but I quit last summer.

Yes, it's really tempting and I still have cravings.

But the thing that keeps me from smoking is the fact that the smoke will layer with my fragrances.

And not the health or money thing.

Good Luck Brother.  I Quit 19 Months Ago.  This Was A Pack Plus A Day Habit That I Had For 17 Years And I Quit Cold Turkey.  My Fragrances Do Smell Better.  There Is No Question About It.  I Am Now To The Point Where IHave Far Fewer Urges.  Don't Get Me Wrong They Will Always Be There.  It's Called Self Control My Man.

I really apprecaite all of the encouragement from everyone.

I have stayed committed and have made it through these first 3 days of cold turkey. I eat an cookie when i feel like running to the store for a pack of smokes. I do believe my sense of smell is already improving. I wore Dior Homme Sport reformulated and am smelling more lemon where as before the ginger was more dominate so I am excited about that and anxious to reevaluate my small collection. Thanks for the encouragment

Work out when you have a craving! I do pushups and squats when the idea ever crosses my mind.
