As Bigsly said, it is a dense 80s style fragrance with an opening of citrus and herbs, a mid-section of mixed florals, and an earthy, musky, woody base. It is extremely dry, with practically no sweetness at all.
I find it somewhat reserved depite the powerhouse notes. It's a bit spicy, slightly powdery, and a bit funky. If you can handle Quorum you can handle this.
I own several bottles, including an EDP version. Worth getting for its collector value and rarity, but it's also an interesting fagrance if you like the style.
