I have recently got into the fragrance game and have been immediately drawn to the Yves Saint Laurent house. I have a question I'd like to please ask if anyone can offer their more experienced advice.
I have purchased a sealed bottle of Jazz Prestige (perfect quality), and have been contemplating purchasing a second bottle from the same seller to keep in reserve; however, I also have placed before me the option to purchase a 3.3oz bottle of vintage Jazz.
I currently have the reformulation of Jazz (transparent bottle w/ frosted Jazz written on reverse...not La Collection) and am really in love with it.
I've been searching through threads over the past couple weeks (finally deciding to sign up), but I haven't been able to gather much information regarding an actual distinction between the vintage and the reformulation.
I've seen reviewers comment that the vintage is stronger, sweeter, and more "jazzy", but I can't honestly see myself wearing anything stronger than the current version that I own.
It would be a blind buy, w/ no return accepted.
Is there enough difference between the vintage and the reformulation to warrant a purchase? Or would you recommend just sticking w/ another bottle of Jazz Prestige?\
If anyone has any advice I'd surely appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration!
