The redesigned official website now is much more easier to navigate with a description, complete perfume notes and a brief story of each perfumes. It’s kinda cool to know the perfume notes from the official source.

A short description of L'Art et la Matière

Le parfum s'habille d'un flacon aux lignes épurées et contemporaines, orné d'une plaque de métal doré sur la tranche, comme un livre précieux

The perfume bottle is dressed in a sleek, contemporary lines, decorated with a gold metal plate on the edge, like a precious book.

They've finally come out of the late 90s.

^Totally, the new one now is more welcoming and i quite enjoy reading theSecrets de Parfumeur section from both classic and contemporary categories, where they tell a story and concept of each créations.

Après l'Ondée is like a pastel and watercolor painting compares to l'Heure Bleue..

Nice, but interesting how the "notes" are updated to reflect the IFRA restrictions. I still have the official Guerlain booklet, containing notes of all the Parfums; this is from the late 1980's. So I am using that as my comparison; I own this because I used to work for Guerlain smile.gif

I also wish the new website would highlight Vol de Nuit and Mitsouko as much as Jicky , Shalimar and the like.

I also wanted to know if the 7.5 ml bottles of parfum extrait were still being manufactured and they are so I also wish they would sell these smaller bottles here in the US.I don't understand why they don't .

Mimi, as far as I know, anything can be ordered. You may want to contact Jorgann at the Guerlain Boutique in Las Vegas to see if she can help ordering them. 702-732-7008

That's nice, have those changed drastically or only a slightly twisted?

I notice some changes from the contemporary section like Spiritueuse Double Vanille now without pink peppercorn (not quite sure about this one) and Tonka Impériale used to have 'gingerbread' on the list.
