Glad you are finally getting some relief, Terry - looks like we have very similar conditions approaching too, thank goodness. A day of utter hell tomorrow (probably the worst so far) but our storms seem set to hit midweek and herald a welcome cool-off. Maybe our grass will be green again eventually.
Our manual watering seems to be paying dividends though - continuing Kumquat's garden theme with a couple more from ours.
Our wee garden pond also managed to get in on the act with an unveiling of its own this weekend.
SotD is Neroli Portofino.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend, folks
Beautiful flowers, Jon! Especially the lovely waterlily. My roses have loads of buds on them, so more pics will be forthcoming soon. They certainly seem to like the weather.
SOTD is the last of my sample of Good Girl Gone Bad, for the last day of my week off.
Have a great Sunday, everyone!
No scent yet. I wanted to comment on the beautiful pictures! Thank you, each & every one, for sharing the pretty pictures from your gardens. I have very different flowers here in St Louis than what I was able to grow in NJ.
My husband made me a delightful breakfast burrito, mmmmmm!
One of my double day lilies.
Love & hugs to all of you. We're in for a stormy day.
Wow beautiful garden pictures today! Jon I loved the pale rose too, along with the waterlily. I only recently planted very first roses in my life and can only hope they will be half as pretty as yours.
Gorgeous lily picture, RHM!
Today I am honored to wear Guerlain rarity - Plus Que Jamais, many thanks to Twolf for expanding my Guerlain horizons. I can't quite describe this one, despite it's lightness and pleasantness it's quite complex. I only know that I like it.
