did your vintage perfume purchase ever went bad?....

recently every vintage purchase attempt went bad (by vintage i mean real vintage more then 35 years old stuff), and not following my 5 steps rules...costed me huge amount of time, and energy and eventually money....and i learnt the hardest way that the tracking number is the key......

now i have the situation where the seller admits she sent me fake, it was blatant fake, jicky perfume.....but ebay went to her favour because i had no tracking number i sent it back to her,.....and she already recieved the post, because she asked me if i have tracking number....she knows i dont because she recieved the post, but claims the post did not reach her.....

is it possible one doesnt have an item, nor the money and its all fine....

the tracking number is the key to everything, isnt it?? to find this out costed me 180 USD! i asked ebay why they did not put it on the front page....where you read about e bay buyer protection.....obviously it has some value for them not putting it up front! reducing trade volume? but this is the only thing one needs to know from all the rules for sellers and buyers when returning the item back TRACKING NUMBER!

noone cares that she admits she did not sell item as listed, and that it was FAKE! just tracking number...so you can send a rock, if you have tracking number its all FINE!!!

if anyone has simmilar experience with returning items....would appreciate...can my credit card company help?

the seller is lo-and-behold-finery....with 100% positive feedback selling vintage stuff....and i got smelly coloured water in some  bottle she chose to send, and original dirty stinky empty jicky vintage bottle....so no way she ever poured perfume from old jicky into that one, when the old bottle had dirty water and stunk, as she said for transport -----i think its the man operating behind woman name :) anyway irrelevant now!

so i broke the rule never to buy perfumes that are not on spray.....and sending item back without tracking number(was in a hurry and woman in post was making trouble that i should not send perfumes).....

180 USD or 1 negative feedback?? what would you choose?

and now rely on a feedback! NEVER ....i dont even have will to test anyone else there, from all these motnhs have seen just 1 honest vintage seller, all the rest were dilutors, blatant liars, or attempts to play as these professional liars :)

and great recognition sign of all scammers is they ALL put full value on the package! so it ends up on your customs! so they just loose more of your time...and get more of their time until the refund.,..probably financing their purchases in the mean time with your money!!.....my custom ofcourse did not charge anything they saw it has no value!
