Best value for money frag?

    Best value for money frag?

Apologies if this is a duplicate post had a quick search but could not find it.

Question I'm posing is in your opinion what frag on the market represents the best value for money and why?

In my very limited experience at the moment for me it's TDH Parfum, for 75ml I paid not much more than what 100ml of Chanel Bleu (my previous favourite) would cost me and they are just leagues apart.

Appreciate it's still quite a lot of coin to spend but I think it still good value.  Be interesting to see what everyone else's thoughts are.

    Thanks,

    Dan.

    BERGAmotto Marino 6.8 oz - 45 bucks

    360 Red 6.8 oz - 35 bucks

On the one end there`s Italian "Patrichs NOIR" for about 3 euros. A Kind of mini-mini-mini-mini Aventus that gives quite a quality feeling for about 4 hours on me. Definitely worth a sniff. On the other end there`s Mitsouko Parfum. My 30ml bottle - once bought for 199 Euros - is two years old and will last another year. I wear this stuff more regularly than any other of my scents, you only need 3 drops to last all day & night. And in recent days they offer classics like Zino or Yatagan for VERY good prices (25 to 35 Euros).

If you like the smell(which as ive said many times at least to me I think its disgusting)I still say A*men is. Ridiculously powerful, lasts all day easily.

Two further choices worthy being considered: YSL Rive Gauche pour Homme- apart from being a modern classic and also quite decently lasting and projecting, also affordable (not sure about the updated prices of this, but at one point, it did cost a little above 20-25$ per bottle, yet with a quality not expected at this price) and Caron pour un Homme- solid 1930's style male classic, the more affordable, the more the bottle size increases.

Solara Homme by Lomani - 100ml for $10. I haven't found a better cheapie yet. Great value IMO.

Michael Jordan Legend about 25 bucks max for a 100ml and try some of the Cubas less than 10 bucks for 100ml if you look around a little these all have decent longevity and projection the Cuba Red, Cuba Las Vegas and  CubaGold are my faves of the Cubas

Your request is kinda similar to cheap & good fragrances - you can search for that thread, but some good cheapies imho are Bogart PH, Lapidus PH & Lui, Quorum etc.

On niche, while not cheap, these brands are with every cent I've spent on them - Serge Lutens / Andy Tauer / Slumberhouse. Each of these houses have multiple good parfums worth spending $$$ on...

L'Occitane's Eau des Baux comes to mind.

Rive Gauche definitely should be on the list.

Thanks will check it out, agree its similar but value for money is a little different giving its subjectivity, was keen to seek out some suggestions like the one eule made and yours for a fairly expensive frag but with good longevity as well as the all the other great suggestions made.
