Has anyone ever tried any sports team related scents? Are any of them any good? Or do they just snell like desperation, stale sweat and failure? http://m.store.manutd.com/stores/manutd/mobile/products/product_details.aspx?pid=105660

When a t-shirt costs more than the fragrance you know there is an issue there.

It would be nice if they contained some true animalics. Regrettably, I suspect they'll be the usual marine-woody amber dreck.

not a sports team fragrance, but I got a bottle of Spiderman cologne for kicks

it gave me 30 minutes of citrus before disappearing. all in all it was a poor use of $15, but i can't say i was expecting much

The NBAs all pretty much suck, except one - The NBA Black is pretty decent I have gotten compliments on it from high school age girls those "oooh what have you got on? That smells REALLY good" kind - my theory is they threw together SOOO many of these in such a short time the law of averages dictated that they would get lucky with ONE - seriously the NBA Black is not half bad I wear it now and then for class (Martial Arts)

Thanks for all the replies so far. I asked this because I've noticed that several English soccer teams have released fragrances as part of their relentless marketing campaigns. I'd imagine that unless you're a fan of one of those teams then the scents are probably an acquired taste.

Well, if they release enough of them they might get lucky and end up with ONE that is ok - like the NBA Black is "ok"

Even the "ok" one would only be bought by hardcore fans of the team.
