    For my birthday my family bought me some Creed Aventus moisturiser and a deodorant stick. Unfortunately a few weeks into using the stick, the twister applicator broke which rendered the item useless. After being refused a refund/exchange from the retailer where it was bought from, I got in contact with their customer service department in the UK.

    After advising me to send back the offending item, within just one working day of sending it back I got a fantastic package through the mail.

    Although I'm a bit miffed that they didn't do a direct replacement of the broken item, I really can't complain! Inside that gorgeous magnetically sealed white box was a 75ml bottle of Aventus, with 2 free samples! Now that's how you do customer service!

    Nice I would make that trade anyday.

    I've always been happy with Creed's service. One of the better brands in that regard. Prompt deliveries and constant email updates on package progress!

    As it happens I purchased a shower gel from Creed direct last week. Think I ordered on Sunday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday morning.

    I had a text message alert on Tuesday morning to say that it was arriving that day and they included the tracking number as well in the message.

    I also got the packaging that the original poster described and supplied a photo of. It seemed like overkill in my opinion but very elegant nonetheless. They included samples too, which I chose at the time of ordering (online).

    All in all a very good experience.
