This caught my eye and might interest people with access to London.
At Tate Modern - Ibrahim El Salahi - Curator's Tour and private view.
What's happening elsewhere?
Last one I saw was Life and Death in Pompeii. It's still on. http://www.britishmuseum.org/about_us/news_and_press/press_releases/2012/pompeii_and_herculaneum.aspx
Wow, thanks guys - they look really interesting - will check them out again later on!
Wish I could visit this one too.
London's a bit far for me but I really like Ibrahim El Salahi's work.
This is on at Liverpool Tatehttp://www.tate.org.uk/whats-on/tate-liverpool/exhibition/chagall-modern-master
Wasn't that at Tate London, recently, martinijo?
I do love Chagall, but London's difficult for me at the moment.
Found this in Australia
Will have to look at that properly later - thank you, hednic!
Was just in Oxford. Lovely little Stradivarius exhibition at the Ashmolean Museum. About 30 instruments, all objects of serious beauty.
Sounds very nice, AlHamr - is it on for long?
Another good exhibit here in DC is the one on the ballet russes. wonderful costumes and scenery.
Thanks, cacio - wasn't that a special time? Fantastic, talented people working together.
And thanks, Xscent - plenty of great stuff going on there too - so nice to see what's going on around the world!
I think it's about to finish.
Oh well, there will probably be another time!
Thanks for the info. 'though.
