They have many similarities, but definitely the VIP is different to a significant enough extent to easily distinguish the two, and both are absolute musts for most any powerhouse fragrance lover, IMO.
I also concur with Bigsly in saying VIP additionally shares some similarities with the excellent smelling Moods Uomo, though while I own both I prefer VIP.
