Years ago before I got into fragrances and at a time when you were gifted any aftershave it was usually crappy drugstore stuff you would empty down the toilet. I remember having been given a bottle of Zino Davidoff which I just emptied down the toilet.
I did not know any better at the time.lol
WTF are you talking about NoirDrakkar with your 3/5 and your "dexent"
WTF does dexent mean?
You would be better to insert this whole thread into your "Unpopular Opinions " one.
(Or somewhere else I can think of for that matter )
Are we talking about the vintage (script font, original) or the current one where 'Davidoff' is written in block font on the front of the bottle?
I am asking as I own both and they are not that much alike...........
Vintage is way way better with a pronounced patchouli smell and less powdery vanilla like the current version not to speak about the difference in longevity where the vintage goes 8+ hrs, the newest is 3 hrs tops on me despite the strong opening.
Zino is not my cup of tea, because i don't like roses in most of the perfumes. But for all zino lovers i strongly recommend Ferre for Man, created in early 80's decade. It has the same structure (lavender, roses a lot, patchouli and musk). Everybody who loves zino should try Ferre Man, IMO.
