I think Back ot Black might work for you too, it's got the soft warm smooth side.
The Tobacco Vanille could be hit or miss. It's a little thick. it's warm but honeyed, and also has a lot of spices. Projection is mid to large so it's not that subtle, but you could just dab it or use only one spray. Santa Maria Novella, there's Acqua di Cuba might be closer to what you're looking for along this particular trajectory. I recall is being a more sort of watery tobacco, light and sweet, sort of like the Creed one.
I think Jasmine et cigarette is going to be too dry and ashy for you. I don't find most of the ELDO's to be very smooth compositions.
Versace's Dreamer is an interesting choice. I've worn it a lot and honestly didn't actually get the tobacco association. To me it's a sort of clean soapy slightly sharp laundry clean musk floral smell. There is a sort of dry clean tobacco note in there. This is a different direction altogether from the above ones.
Lastly, for some reason just because you said fruits with the tobacco, I'm going to go out on a limb and mention Michael Korrs for men. It's a little sharp, but also honeyed tobacco with dried fruits. It's marketed to men, and I think it's on the male side of the spectrum, but a light shpritz on a woman could be interesting... it might project the message of 'back off boys, I've already got a man at home and he's marked his territory'
I'd say start with Back to Black and Chergui, they're the smooth sweet and subtle you're looking for.
