I probably wouldn't. I don't mix fragrances like that throughout the day unless I change and shower. Chances are there is still some of that BDC lingering and it might smell funky mixed with Eau Sauvage. If I ever do have to mix fragrances I like them to at the very least be similar enough to not be a total mismatch.
Normally, I would say the same...but work isn't the best proving ground for this, especially if you're up close and personal with others in the later meeting. Just my opinion lol.
Absolutely do it. There's a chance they may not work but let your nose be the judge of that. Unless you're using a grapefruit aquatic to cover up a stinky oud I very much doubt you'll be making anything that literally "smells bad" as long as you have good starting scents. I'll trust your nose. I very much doubt that the sweet spice of Bleu would create a catastrophe if layered over the florals and powder of Sauvage.
And consider than 99% of people don't care about what what scent you wear other than "it smells nice." You may not be a professional perfumer but I realistically don't see a Sex Panther incident coming out of this, unless you're wearing 8 sprays of both at work, in which case you have other problems.
