I have only positive experiences of Israeli sellers. It seems that the shipping regulations concerning fragrances are tightening all over the world....

Agree. I'm not doubting the seller, I would just recommend the refund because this doesn't sound like a situation that will be resolved anytime soon. Unless OP doesn't mind his payment tied up for a while...

The shipping regulations are causing trouble for airlinesall over the place.

I understand that shipping fragrances is tightening up around the world, but........

Has fragrances being shipped by air, ever caused a problem (fire, plane crash etc.)?

Why can airlines still have fragrances on board to sell to passengers if it is so dangerous?

    Increase in allergies? :P

To answer the OP's question: I haven't encountered any problems buying from sellers in Israel, but it seems like a refund is probably the best solution to your particular situation.
