Hey, how come strawberrynet.com got so many negative reviews

    Come on... what gives.... ...

This is so strange: vast majority of people (97.8% I would say) in our lovely community seems to be quite fond of this retailer, whereas there are so many unsatisfied customers all over  the Internet.

Complaints range from "...ended up with a fake product..." to "...expired item..." and so on and so forth

Only had good experiences. Even when I had to pay tax to pick up my item from the post office the problem was quickly resolved and they refunded my money.

Never had a problem with Strawberrynet. Only had positive experiences with them.

I bought 24 Faubourg and Heritage within the last two months and the products are fine... I also received the tax refund...

Still, it gets scary reading all those complaints such as "...left with permanent scars after using fake La Prairie skin cream..."

that's interesting, since I never had a problem with them, from product inquiries to the actual product.

Yeah, I love Strawberry Net. Every so often they do 10% off all frags, which coupled with a 10% loyalty discount and a 5% discount for 6 or more items, comes to a tasty 25% off a great range of frags.

I can't speak for their cosmetic range, which I feel many complaints regarding authenticity are targeting, but their frags are definitely legit.

Not saying this is the case here, but there exists the problem of false complaints used as a weapon against companies.

Nevr bought anything from them. I'm thinking about buying some but the bad reviews always stop me.

This should be moved to the Shopping sub-forum.

'Fake complaints' is what immediately popped into my head.

Strawberrynet earns very good ratings when it comes to other forums/perfume communities/beauty blogs.

On the other hand, many sites specialized for companies' ratings and reviews paint a whole different picture.

I've never had a problem with them. Great customer service, solid packaging, and loyalty discounts that increase the more you buy.

I don't order from them much since they're in China, but I've always been happy when I have.

I shouldn't have bumped into all those threads.... Now I feel kinda bad.......

I don't shop with them that often anymore as there is very little they have today that I want, but the times I did shop with them in the past, I never had a problem

I guess I'm in the minority but I bought LIDGE from them a while back, and I had to pay duties since it shipped to Canada (it was around $30 IIRC). They say on their website they reimburse such fees. Awesome. Except it took about ten e-mails (with a picture of the receipt) and a lot of arguing to get them to reimburse me. Will not be buying from them again.

Good. If you are going launch a thread with accusations against a company it might be more responsible to cite some evidence - until then you are just fanning the flames of rumour and the usual BS floating around the net.

This appears to be another thread that is certainly not appropriate to the Male Fragrance Discussion.

Although it is being moved to the Shopping section, it is also being locked.
