As brian was saying, the eau parfumee au the vert should still be available, though its distribution is much smaller than what it was (the Bulgari dept store space now being occupied by the nth iterations of omnia choose-the-stone).
Eau d'hadrien is a citrus, certainly light, though without tea. However, it doesn't last long, especially in the edc versions. The other two new edcs (vetiver and neroli) would also be quite light and fresh, and fleeting. Guerlain Herba Fresca is a little bit stronger in the top, so I'm not sure it would go, though, as all Aqua Allegorias, it doesn't last long. Not a fan of the Jade.
Rather, I'd look into other perfumes by JC Ellena, the creator of the eau parfumee au the vert. He tends to do very light, ethereal perfumes, which however often do not disappear within the hour. One with a good tea note is the new Jour d'Hermes. A bit more expensive, he's the creator of the Hermessence line; one that has a tea note there is Osmanthe Yunnan.
