Parlux to make fragrance for Ed Hardy

Upon signing, Henry Mandell, President of Nervous Tattoo, Inc., licensee of Ed Hardy stated, "We are delighted to have such an accomplished company as Parlux Fragrances working with us to bring Ed Hardy fragrances to market."
