Acqua di Parma launch men's Colonia

Acqua di Parma have launched a new eau de cologne for men. Colonia Intensa is described as “a discreet yet intense scent, classical in its initial composition, it is extraordinarily modern with its new and precious combination of woods and resins.” The top notes exhibit the citrus lilt traditionally found in eau de cologne through a combination of Calabrian bergamot and Sicilian lemons. This lightness is balanced by a spicy kick of cardamom and ginger. The aromatic middle notes reveal myrtle, mugwort and neroli. The fragrance finishes with masculine base notes of leather and smoky woods including cedarwood, lignum vitae and patchouli with benzoin and musk adding longevity.

Colonia Intensa joins Acqua di Parma's existing Eau de Cologne collection which includes Colonia and Colonia Assoluta. It is packaged in the traditional Acqua di Parma yellow box, whilst the bronze cap and label reflect the amber colour of the juice itself. Aftershave balm containing aloe vera gel and almond oil; shampoo, shower gel and a perfumed deodorant are all available as part of the Colonia Intensa range.
