Amouage celebrate 25 years with new fragrances and packaging update
Amouage has announced the launch of two new fragrances to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the house. Jubilation 25 for women and Jubilation XXV for men have been created by Amouage's creative director Christopher Chong who, with the help of perfumers in Grasse, drew on "Song to the Moon", the aria from Anton Dvorak's opera, Rusalka. A short film to further illustrate the ideas behind the fragrance can be seen on the Amouage website.

The notes of Jubilation 25 include rose, ylang ylang, lemon and tarragon at the opening. The middle notes feature frankincense, a fragrance native to oman, and rock rose. The base notes consist of amber, patchouli, vetiver and myrrh.Jubilation XXV mirrors the heart of the female offering in its top notes of rock rose and frankincense and also includes coriander, blackberry, orange and davana. Orchid and rose add a floral heart, and they are warmed by notes of cinnamon, honey and clove. Opoponax, myrrh, ambergris and patchouli form the base notes alongside cedar, moss and oud.

Amouage have had a makeover and Jubilation 25 and Jubilation XXV are the first offerings to be presented in the company's newly designed bottles, livery and packaging. The men's bottle is inspired by the khanjar, a ceremonial dagger, and the women's bottle is inspired by classical Arabian architecture. For more information visit www.amouage.com.end of article
