Basenotes.net is a Top 50 website according to Men's Vogue
Men's Vogue have announced that Basenotes is amongst
the Internet's best sites alongside such websites as the BBC, Slashdot, Boing Boing, Craigslist and the Internet Movie Database.

The list of recommended websites, which was published on the mensvogue.com website, were descrbed as 'a collection of must-click Web sites featuring some the Internet's best — from the convenient and informative to the sophisticated and stylish.'

Basenotes was described as: 'perhaps the most comprehensive guide to fragrances on the Web.' and 'An excellent resource for scent novices and experts alike...'

Basenotes' writer Marian Bendeth also won recognition earlier this year at the Canadian Fragrance Awards for her interview with Les Cristophs. The winning article was one of three Basenotes articles nominated in the Best Fragrance Web Editorial category.
