LVMH to acquire 50% share of Russia's Ile de Beaute
It has been reported that luxury goods company LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton have reached an agreement to acquire a 50% share in JSC Edinaya Evropa, which owns the Russian cosmetics and perfumery chain, Ile de Beaute.

It is expected that Ile de Beaute will take over as the franchiser of Sephora, replacing L'Etoile who currently operate Sephora in Russia.

Edinaya Evropa, founded in 1992, has 103 cosmetics stores across Russia.end of article
