A year in Brooklyn - design a bottle for Bond No. 9's new Brooklyn fragrance
Available this month is the new Bond No.9 fragrance Brooklyn.  An homage to the city's artistic community and urban cool, the fragrance is presented in one of six signature star shaped flacons that all feature the street art inspired designs.

Bond No.9 are now giving others a chance to define what Brooklyn means to them with their design a bottle competition.  Throughout the month everybody is invited to download the outline of the iconic Bond flacon and create their impression of Brooklyn.

There are no style or material requirements - any style any material, from figurative to abstract, in oils, acrylics, watercolours, magic marker or make-up.  The only remit is that the design should fit within the outline of the bottle and feature the Bond no.9 token logo, which can be seen on the download.

When you have created your masterpiece submit it online to contactus@bondno9.com or post it to Bond No.9, 9 Bond Street, New York, NY, 10012.  All entries should be in by March 31st, 2009.  There will be two winners drawn in April and they will face the rather exciting prospect of having their design put into production with their names displayed on the bottle.  As if this were not prize enough, the winning duo will also receive a year's supply of Brooklyn - one bottle per month for the next year.  Get scribbling!

For those of you who would like to be inspired by the new scent before putting your artistic endeavors on paper, Brooklyn is available now in 50ml eau de parfum ($145) and 100ml eau de parfum ($220) at Bond No. 9’s four New York City boutiques, www.bondno9.com, and at other Bond stockists.

More information about the competition can also be found at Bond No. 9's website. end of article
