New Dominique Ropion fragrance for Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle due this year
A new fragrance named Geranium Pour Homme has been created for niche brand Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle by perfumer Dominique Ropion.  It is expected to be available from Frederic Malle stockists, including Les Senteurs, later on this year.

The 17 existing fragrances, which include French Lover, Iris Poudre and Musc Ravageur are available online, at exclusive London boutique Les Senteurs and at Barneys.

There are nine noses behind the existing range, among them industry luminaries such as Pierre Bourdon, Jean-Claude Ellena and Maurice Roucel.  The nose behind Geranium Pour Homme is Dominique Ropion, who has also created Une Fleur de Cassie, Vétiver Extraordinaire and Carnal Flower for the Malle line.

Ropion trained at the acclaimed Roure Bertrand Dupont laboratory before going on to work with Jean-Louis Sleuzac.  He is now one of the notable names at IFF. end of article
