by Danielle Cooper, 27 October 2009
Naomi Campbell is once again in the public eye for more than her modelling as we learn that there is a dispute between Campbell and a company that helped her develop three of her fragrances.
A lawsuit has been filed against the Streatham born supermodel in New York State Supreme Court after claims that payments that she had been making to the company Moodform Mission suddenly stopped.
Campbell had apparently been honouring the contractual payments since 2001 however it has been alledged that the payments stopped suddenly in 2008, leaving millions of dollars of profit owing to the company who helped her to develop and market
Naomi Campbell,
Cat Deluxe and
Seductive Elixir.
According to Reuters Moodform Mission have said that Campbell "has made millions of dollars from the sale of fragrances and cosmetics products conceptualized, created, developed and marketed with the assistance of [Moodform Mission]” There has been no comment from Naomi's spokespeople as yet.
