In answer to your question about the Peau D'Espagne: I searched the internet but cuold find very little information on this scent and its history, but I remember reading somewhere that it was supposed to be a leather scent. Without having a list of the original note, I have no way of even piecing together what it would have originally smelled like. All that is left is the nice, soft scent of cinnamon/clove that lays close to the skin.

Haven't tried Hopslam, but I've heard of it. There are a few places around here with an extensive beer list so I'll try it when I get a chance. Right now I'm craving Old Speckled Hen. Heard of that?

Thanks so much for your connent on the Le Vainqueur.I thought it was going to be really amazing.Perhaps it boils down to personal taste.I have many cheaper fragrances that smell much better altought I admit it smells natural and not synthetic
People in general slate some of the Creed fragrances but in my opinion they are some of the best for the expensive ones.
Keep in touch and perhaps we can swap experiences.
