As I’ve said in the past one of the reasons I’m doing SotW is to see whether the actions of the community match up to the words on the forums. Over the last couple of weeks there have been three opportunities for me to check whether our words as a community match our actions in what we wear.

For the month of June I decided to wear nothing but samples. As there were a couple of days off for SSD’s I decided to extend it until July 5th so there would be 29 scents sampled in all. In Part I the first 13 scents were discussed and now in Part II the remaining 16.

Once again the confounded servers and the specter of work keep me from posting to the blog in a regular manner. Tonight we observe a mysterious event I call “The Jicky Affair”. I, like many other Basenoters, was looking forward to the release of the 8th Annual Basenotes Awards. Not only was I curious to see the winners but it would signal the end of Grant’s long nightmare getting the site re-coded.
