yep. My older avatar just got all fuzzy in the bigger size so I switched to this one. it's actually from a WWII Red Cross ad which says "knit your bit" for the troops.
You are in Turkey, right? My grandfather came from the isle of Lesvos, which is the Greek island closest to Turkey, I was told. I need to go see it in person.
