Thanks for your lovely 'welcome back' message, PerfumedLady - that was super sweet of you.
Have a wonderfully fragrant day
Thank you, my dear friend.
You know, it is amazing. Really similar. Hugs to you. I love watching my husband and his big fur-boy, but it does feel lonely to know that mine is... I don't know, somewhere. Just asking myself, "Where is my Jao" makes me cry -- still. It is good though to let these tears flow, so I feel them same for you and Opie.
A., I completely understand. Our other kitty Yascha is more of my husband's boy -- the kins who comes and makes coffee with him in the morning and the one who likes the rough play. It became somewhat less symmetrical, in our family, with his boy with him and me without my boy. Hugs to you.
O.,please use that phrase for you&Jao,too!I've loved many pets and they are all special but there is nothing like "the one",is there? Some great loves are just meant to happen, like you and your kitty.Like Opie&me,too.I still have Lily, who is quite special, too.Just not the lover my boy was,she has more of a punk spirit,I believe!
I just read your post on SOTD thread and I am crying for both of us and our loves of our lives -- in cat terms. Thanks for this phrase, I needed someone to be able to express my feelings and what my Jao means to me. Thanks dear. Please do let yourself grief, do not bottle it up. Find a space.
My dear, I feel for you. Incredibly sorry for your loss. Please, if you want to talk to someone about your cat, talk to me any time you feel like it.
