At age 49 and five years married (first time for both of us; husband is 10 years younger) I learned that he is not real crazy about Jovan Musk for Women (worn by myself with tons of compliments from strangers for 20+ years!) and I began my study of "real" fragrances. I am currently enjoying sampling my way through the Roja Dove classics list. Working from home as a medical transcriptionist, I am happily able to test out any number of fragrances at my leisure. I like to apply Chanel No. 5 lightly on my right wrist at bedtime, just for me. My mother who has passed on wore a Chanel and I think it was either no. 19 or no. 22 (must find out and update). Oh, and my husband has been converted from a rarely worn Polo (sorry but gag) to Farenheit by Dior. He prefers spicy orientals on me as it turns out, and seems to enjoy my perfumania--he never knows what he might come home to:)
p.s. A great big thank you to my sister Donna for introducing me to Robert Piguet!
