I enjoyed reading this article and can't wait to test the fragrance.

    Hello everyone,

I tried it at Manchester airport duty free last Sunday; the scent smelt like a lighter version of l`heure bleue; same pyramid of notes but lighter; definitely a very pleasant smell (I had also tried several others on my arms so I did not try it on my skin but on a paper strip)

How did I feel about it?

As a perfume lover felt quite violated; it looks as if Thierry Waser is re-formulating all of Jacques Guerlain`s masterpieces into versions which will make Guerlain as a brand turn into the new Mcdonald`s of perfume where making money is more important than keeping the art of perfumery.

If only Jacques Guerlain knew who he gave all of his secrets to...

Thierry Wasser might be a good businessman but in terms of creativity and talent, am not impressed; in terms of keeping the standards of Guerlain am disappointed and angry...

My advice is...if you love Guerlain perfumes...stock up with vintage ones for the duration of your lifetime.

    Justice will be done eventually...
