Great interview, alfarom, thanks for posting here . . . I'd seen Pear & Olive mentioned elsewhere a couple of times lately so this is sort of timely - I was wondering about who was behind it. He strikes me as pretty straight ahead, very low key in fact. I like the bit about not feeling he has to compete with favorites from his past because he doesn't have any - interesting to come to an art form without any strong influences.

Too bad, the scents seem interesting, but I find it hard to support someone who behaves like that.

Interesting to see the evolution of the bottles. It seems not that long ago when they came labeled with a silver marker pen. Charming then and just as attractive now.

Great interview. I like the look of the new bottles now that I can see what the bottom of them looks like. It appears that Sova no longer has beads in the bottle, so it'll be interesting to see how much it costs now relative to the others. (It's his most expensive fragrance per ml.) I had been avoiding the uber-expensive Puredistance M, but if it's Josh's current favorite, I'll have to at least sample it. Damn.

Awesome interview, Slumberhouse certainly has some interesting fragrances that are worth sampling at least.

Great interview Alfa. I find Josh's down to earth attitude quite refreshing. I also completely agree with his personal favorites. ;-)
