New fragrance: Costume National Homme

by Grant Osborne, 03rd January, 2010

Costume National Homme is the latest fragrance from Costume National and the first specifically designed to be worn by men. The fragrance was created by Dominique Ropion who worked closely with Costume National's Ennio Capasa to create the fragrance.

The fragrance consists of notes that include: grapefruit, cardamom and bergamot in the top; cinnamon, thyme and cloves in the heart, and a dry down of patchouli, sandalwood, labdanum.

The bottle was designed by Capasa who told Basenotes in December that it was based on the feminine Scent fragrances. The pump is covered by a cap the same shape, and the tube inside the glass bottle is virtually invisible.

The fragrance is already available in the US at Barneys New York. It makes its way to the UK in March.
