Next year, Dolce & Gabbana will launch a new feminine fragrance called Desire. The fragrance will be fronted by Scarlett Johansson, who has previously been the face of D&G's The One fragrance. The scent was developed by Givaudan who worked in collaboration with the fragrance design team at P&G Prestige, Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce.
Note for the fragrance include top notes of Bergamot, Mandarin, Lychee and Lily of the valley; middle notes of Madonna lily, Tuberose, Jasmine and Plum nectar; and base notes of Caramel-infused vanilla, Sandalwood, Musk and Cistus labdanum.
The fragrance will available as 30ml, 50ml and 75ml Eau de Parfum. Desire launches initially in Italy in January; with an international roll-out in the following months.
The name 'desire' has previously been used by a Dunhill fragrance. Dunhill shares a fragrance licensee of P&G Prestige with Dolce & Gabbana.
