The US division of the Paris-based Beaute Prestige International has entered into an exclusive, multi-year agreement for the sales, marketing and distribution of Ferragamo Parfums fragrances within the United States. The agreement is effective as of 1st April 2013.

Beaute Prestige International is a division of Shiseido. It was set up in 1992 to develop Shiseido's designer brand fragrances which include Issey Miyake, Jean Paul Gaultier, Narcisco Rodriguez and Elie Saab. As well as its own brands BPI USA also distribute Annick Goutal and Hermes fragrances in the US.
