Dubreuil, who grew up in Grasse, has also previously created seven scents for L'Occitane, so she is no stranger to the house. She says "I immediately recognised myself in this clear, pure style of authenticity associated with L'Occitane. This vow of sincerity is captured in their fragrances, which express the beauty of nature in all its transparency.”
The fragrances are:
Jasmin & Bergamote – described as "The olfactory variations of a delicate flower observed in the light of dawn.". The fragrance has top notes of mandarin orange and bergamot; a heart of jasmine and lemon leaves; and base notes of sandalwood and cedar.
Magnolia & Mûre features notes of bergamot, blackberry, magnolia, rose, patchouli and moss. The company say that "Between flower and fruit, the magnolia essence provides the prelude to wild and slightly musky blackberry notes. Present throughout the fragrance, blackberry gives a tenderness to the woody structure. Its velvety seeds soften the solemnity of patchouli. Over time, the fragrance asserts its chypre character."
Vanille & Narcisse is described as "brazen happiness" and features notes of blackcurrant and bergamot in the top; heart of narcissus and gardenia; the base includes vanilla and tonka bean.
Thé Vert & Bigarade is "A lively, aromatic fragrance for men and women to share" and contains notes of orange, bitter orange, green tea, yerba mate, cedar, thyme and musk
The fragrances are available now in the US and launch in May in the UK. Each fragrance is available as 75ml Eau de Toilette, 175ml Body Milk, 175ml Shower Gel and 125g Perfumed Soap.
