Classic Lavender Relaunch: Caron Pour Un 'l'Homme des Cavernes'

Caron have launched a new advertising campaign for their classic men's fragrance, Caron Pour Un Homme. The new ad features French rugby star, Sebastien Chabal, who is nicknamed l'Homme des Cavernes (The Cave Man) by fans.

Caron pour un Homme was originally created by house founder, Ernest Daltroff, in 1934. The lavender-based fragrance also contains notes of rosemary, bergamot, rose, cedarwood, vanilla, tonka, musk and moss.

Available to buy from Caron stockists including Les Senteurs Fortnum & Mason and Harrods in the UK; Caron at 715 Lexington Avenue, New York; and the Paris boutiques at 34 Avenue Montaigne and 90 Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré.
