Agent Provocateur sign new deal with Designer Parfums

Lingerie brand, Agent Provocateur, announced on Wednesday that they have signed a 10 year licencing deal with British based distributor and manufacturer of fragrances, Designer Parfums.

Designer Parfums will distribute the hugely successful Agent Provocateur parfums line, as well as execute new launches due for release from 2010.

Agent Provocateur CEO, Garry Hogarth is “excited about the new relationship and delighted to have signed the deal which sees Designer Parfums take over the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of Agent Provocateur Parfums with immediate effect”.

Managing Director of Designer Parfums Dilesh Mehta said, “this licence deal enhances our long term strategy to offer a global marketing, manufacturing and distribution service. We are delighted to have entered into this partnership with Agent Provocateur and we are anticipating real growth opportunities for this unique brand.”

Agent Provocateur's previous deal was with Selective Beauty who are soon to be merging with Morris Profumi.

Other brands manufactured by Designer Parfums include Worth and Scherrer.
