Elizabeth and James launch their Nirvana line in the UK, with new scents: Amethyst and French Grey.

12th July, 2017

Elizabeth and James, founded by Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen, are to launch their Nirvana fragrance line in the UK, with two new fragrances Nirvana Amethyst and Nirvana French Grey.

The Nirvana line was launched in 2013 in the USA with Nirvana White and Nirvana Black, which were joined by Nirvana Rose and Nirvana Bourbon last year.

They say:

Understanding that everyone’s Nirvana is different, the six piece collection is launched in pairs to offer customers a palette to explore. The stunning bottles are designed by Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen, stylistically inspired by vintage jewellery and mirror the design elements seen throughout the Elizabeth and James brand.

The collection includes

  • Nirvana White - an alluring floral musk with notes of peony, muguet and musk
  • Nirvana Black - a sensual, woody scent with notes of violet, sandalwood and vanilla.
  • Nirvana Amethyst – the decadent blend is infused with refined tobacco, sweet honeysuckle and spicy cedar wood. The aura that lingers is sensuous, enigmatic and intriguing.
  • Nirvana French Grey - the freshness of a floral bouquet, evoking open-air flower markets with hints of lavender, honeyed neroli and earthy musk. Chic, unconventional and memorable.
  • Nirvana Rose - an alluring floral scent embodying the heart of a dark rose with notes of geranium, rose de mai and vetiver.
  • Nirvana Bourbon-enveloping and oriental, blending notes of vanilla bourbon with oakwood and hints of tuberose.

Amethyst and French Grey will be available exclusively to Harrods from 21st July 2017

In the UK, Black, White, Rose and Bourbon will be available from September 2017 at selected department stores.

Thank you for mentioning when the line will be more widely available through out the UK. I've been longing to smell Nirvana Bourbon for a while.
