Introducing the Annicke Collection - Eight & Bobís first collection of feminine fragrances

by Judith Brockless, 17th October, 2018

Rescued from the archive collection of Albert Fouquet, creator of Eight & Bob, the three fragrances originally date from the 1930's. The trio was inspired by a woman, Annicke, ‘who dazzled its creator’ after meeting for the first time at a dinner party in 1936.

From that moment on, whenever Albert visited his beloved Annicke, he surprised her with a new creation, a new aromatic gem for her growing collection. Fragrances that delighted and fascinated her, always the most exquisite combinations of scents.

Annicke 1 is described as ‘soft and caressing. A floral juicy fragrance perfect for every day. The floral purity of lily of the valley blends with accords of jasmine and white musk.’

Annicke 2 ‘A tribute to inner elegance. Sublime tuberose mingles with unexpected accords of immortelle and ylang ylang.’

Annicke 3 is a ‘glamorous and sophisticated chypre floral fragrance, with a creamy white floral heart of gardenia and jasmine.’

The Annicke Collection is available at Harvey Nichols, at £140 for 100ml.

I could see these as possible gifts for my granddaughter. Think she might like them.
